Killed a squirrel today. Something now completely unheard of for a dog. Except he’s like a little fruify dog. He’s not purse sized, but could definitely fit in the bottom of a tote. I’m pretty impressed. They of course see him as a serial killer now...

The face of a deer killer, sort of:

Kinja'd!!!

Apparently a deer got into my backyard one day a few years back when I was at work, and Coal here chased it into my next door neighbor’s yard, where it got caught in the fence and bled out.

My jack Russell mix kills things from time to time and the rolls on the corpse in celebration. She gets covered in blood and guts. It upsets my gf

My dog caught a rabbit ONCE. I was able to get him to let it go, and I don’t know if it survived. Was bleeding, but scurried off. I think he felt so ashamed he’s never caught another rabbit, squirrel, etc since. It’s as if he’s running just fast enough to almost get it, but controls his speed just enough to not be able to.

Dogs kill shit. It’s what they were designed to do! People that get mad about a dog chasing and killing small furry things... well that just doesn’t make sense to me. He’s a dog, purging the world of a useless animal. Squirrels really are useless. They’re just tire food. I’d high-five that dog, if he had hands. Bad squirrel. Good dog. Belly rubs and cheese slices for everyone.

Behold: “Mousebane” Pickle. We’ve had him less than a year and he’s found, caught, and killed no less than four mice, plus killed some more that we chucked his way. 9lbs soaking wet, the little terror.

One of my springer Spaniels killed a cat, she cornered it and broke its neck. I watched her through the window and didn’t do anything to help the cat. The same dog kills roughly 3 rabbits each year, she also killed a mole. While she is killing all these animals the other dog just watches and lets butterfly's land on her nose.

We’re not entirely sure. He’s a pound pooch. We think he’s a poochon, which would explain the temperament (much more like the bichons I’ve known) and his desire to kill anything his size or smaller. His fur is poodle fur mixed with something coarser, and he’s not dumb as a fucking brick, so we’re pretty sure he’s part poodle
